Great Doctor but his staff at the Baton Rouge Location RUDE. I called three times and no one called back but as soon as I ask for my records this witch name Trellis called me...very RUDE! You give theses witches a position and they don't know what to do with it. They call in meds for you and don't call you to tell you what the hell they for...calling back an answering questions...THEY FREAKING SUCK!!!!

I'm a new patient for Dr Muhumuza. I never like when appointments aren't respected. When I arrived for my appt, the waiting room was packed with people, standing room only. Some had been there for hours. The staff is nonchalant with this condescending manner of talking to you. It comes off very sarcastic which is extremely unprofessional & alarming for a medical facility. Correspondence in the form of return phone calls is simple wishful thinking. I have no confidence in this facility.

Presently seeing Dr. Muhumuza and I have to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Muhumuza spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He also informed me of all the pros and cons pertaining to my liver complications.

Dr. Muhumzua treated my son for hep C and liver disease. On one occasion we were seeing Dr Muhumzua at the Prevost Hospital in Donaldsonville, LA the assistant and Dr Muhumzua both questioned my son thinking he was another patient! We were shocked! They asked him well you are Mr. Dufresne aren't you? NO! From that time on Dr Muhumzua had an attitude and when my son DIED this doctor refused to classify my son's liver disease as liver cancer to satisfy the cancer policy. Instructed staff/DENY!
