I've been a patient for several years for various medical problems. Dr. Napoletano always takes time to hear my concerns. I'm treated like a person and not a number. Excellent bedside manner. Great staff. He is retiring and took the time to refer me to a doctor that he believed would be a good match for my condition. I will miss him and wish him well.

It was a good visit. He is retiring soon. So, I was referred to a new surgeon. I consider him to an excellent surgeon. He took care of my needs.

Top Notch Surgeon
This is the best experience I have ever had … the girls are very prompt , courteous and understanding .. The doctor is outstanding made me feel comfortable threw my whole procedure and is very kind and impeccable with his surgery . I would definitely recommend him over and over again . Thank you so much for making me feel at ease with everything .

Needed a surgeon quickly and the practice I have seen for years didn't have availability for months. I was directed to Dr. Napoletano by my PCP and got in the same day. He scheduled surgery for the next business day. The surgery was quick. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent experience. I now have a new surgeon.

For ongoing lower leg pain in morning, shin area above ankle, with possible lump and sensation of nerves affected when felt. X-ray ordered by another doctor 10 years ago was negative. Dr. Napoletano ordered ultrasound to determine diagnosis/ if vascular and/or poor circulation.

Dr uninterested snotty in his answers and only cared about money he could get from vein procedures. Front desk made sure I knew I would have to pay what insurance did not. Had a free coupon and the guy did not even look at my veins. Terrible personality. For sure this guy is too old to operate on anyone

I was sent to see Dr. Napolitano regarding a lymphedema on my thigh. The doctor spent less than 4 minutes with me. He said the lymphedema should be seen by a plastic surgeon. He did not examine it. I attempted to show him the issue more thoroughly, but he was not interested in taking a closer look. He sent me on my way, telling me to set up a costly and involved test to check the pulse and circulation in my legs; after which, he would see me again. All of that had already been checked prior to my visit. Pulse is fine, and circulation is not a problem. Very dismissive manner, and very disappointing visit. I do not feel I should be charged, and will likely contest any out of pocket bill.
