Horrible!
We had an awful experience with Dr. Norris. He saw my son for an elbow injury. He was condescending, rude, and told my son he sounded like he was being coached about what to say. Our son was being honest and was never “coached” about what to say. Dr. Norris then went out of his ways to belittle our son’s goals. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a doctor. I could only find a few online reviews for Dr. Norris and considering the length of time he’s been practicing I would have to assume most negative reviews have been deleted and swept under the rug. Seems par for the course for MSU.

Very unhappy with his professional manner in regards to interaction with my 15 year old daughter. He was condescending to her, told her she was wrong in what she was feeling and experiencing, and said everything was in her head. He then proceeded to tell me that all the specialists my daughter has seen in the past were wrong and that I had blindly bought into their labels. My daughter left feeling as if she had been reprimanded for lying, rudely treated, disrespected and insulted, and mocked.
