Greedy
I went to Dr Orr for years without problems, until the pandemic. In the past year Dr. Orr has ordered unnecessary testing, scheduled unnecessary visits, and when I have voiced my complaints I am ignored. I needed to move my prescription to a better equipment supplier and even though I had many months left on my prescription, they wanted me to come in for another unnecessary appointment. I found a new doctor who has been waiting for nearly a month (with multiple requests) for my records to be sent over by Dr. Orr’s office. It’s sad to see a once good doctor turn into this. I gave him and his office multiple chances to make it right.

Almosr 20 years his patient!!
I first saw Dr Orr in 2004. He's the best! He listens. Asks you if you have questions. He sits down and looks at you. He is very smart and refers you if needed. I wouldn't ever consider going to another pulmonologist!!

My husband has been seen doctor Orr, He is a wonderful doctor. I recently referred my son to him. My son has serious medical problems and is a father of 3 who works 60 hours a week and has 3 children to raise . He went to the office but was treated rudely by a staff member. My son is terrified of his health condition because he has 3 young children to raise. The office girl doing the pulmonary test was rude and loud. He's very depressed right now about his health, and this really affected him. He has never in his life had to see doctors before. Whoever this Hispanic medical assistant is, She has an attitude and she's in the wrong profession if she has no compassion. I regret referring him to that office except I do have the most respect for Dr Orr. It's unfortunate he has such low standard staff.

I was referred to Dr. Orr just over a year ago. Every appointment set with him, the day before the appointment I would get a call saying he was not in that day. My appointment would be rescheduled out a couple of months. The only way I was able to obtain medication was through a PA. I was left with no confidence that the Dr. was actually overseeing these patients. I asked to be transferred to his partner and I was told that was impossible, as it was Dr. to Dr. It has been over a year, I have not met Dr. Orr, and my medication has only been refilled once. This is not pulmonary lung care.
