Dr. Robert Pavelock, MD

I made an appointment with him(specifying I want him, not a PA, show up, and find the appointment is always with his PA. The office staff was uncooperative.

I had a colonoscopy on a Monday. He found a mass that was malignant. Sent me for a couple ct scans. Had me see a surgeon on Thursday of the same week. Called me every day to check on my well-being and let me know what the scans showed. Talk about bedside manner!! My surgery is 2/2/22. I couldn’t as for better care. Ty sooo much Doctor ??

He's always been fantastic, definitely feel very comfortable having him take care of me

I have been seeing Dr. Pavelock for around 20 years. I would highly recommend him. He is an excellent dr. that takes the time to listen to you at your office visits. I have never felt rushed at my office visits. After I have had procedures done, he has Annaalways explained to me what is going on. He is also very funny and has much compassion. Definitely a five star!

I highly recommended Dr. Pavelock for years. I am currently looking for a new Gastroenterologist. I recently had an endoscopy he had know idea why I was there. On the follow up his assistant was going to send me to a specialist for an endoscopy and didn't even know I had been. Went for stomach pain and still have problems but they are no longer on top of their game so I will be leaving their practice. As will my husband and brother who also currently used Dr. Pavelock.

Called in a prescription on Monday. Today is Thursday, they still haven't filled it, have been out of meds since Wednesday. Called Wednesday 2, spoke with Karen and Kathy. Still no action. Called Thursday morning, left voicemail for Karen. Stopped in the office, Kathy at the front desk was very rude. Not professional and wouldn't even look me in the eye while talking "at" me. She didn't want to hear what I had to say, and tried to dismiss me like a child. I hope they all get treated like they treated me this week.

I have gone to Dr. Pavelock's office for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received.

I have been going to Dr. Havelock for years now. My experience has been wonderful.

I have been with Dr Pavlock for over 20 years. He is the finest Doctor I have had .

He did and amazing job fixing my husband digested problems and explain everything he did and what he going to watch found he has gerd from his diabetes they all treated us phenomenal and very pleased with all the staff

Dr. Pavelock was EXCELLENT in every aspect. Kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, good sense of humor, made me feel very comfortable; He really cared about my well being. Down to earth!!! Love him & would highly recommend!!!
