Dr. Robert Pfeffle, DMD

He is a great Doctor and I would recommend him to anyone! He’s has good chair side manners. He’s very friendly and gives a a good attitude that he cares! I was waiting for my tooth to be removed and he was done before I knew it! A very good doctor!

I have a lot of issues when my are being worked on. I have been here for 2 proceedures already with absolutely no problems. Dr. Pfeffle takes his time with you and even calls to check on you himself. Unheard of. I would highly recommend.

Office manager has been giving us the run around about reimbursing us for the portion we paid to have our daughters wisdom teeth extracted. 6/2017 we paid $800+ out of pocket their practice, our insurance paid everything so we were promised the $800 refund in 2-3 months. It is now 12/20/17 (6 months later) we still are having problems getting our money from them, nothing but excuses. We are in contact with Cigna, they are aware of the issue and will be working with us. Never use these guys.

I was recently diagnosed with oral cancer. My former dentist and another oral surgeon had seen the growth in my mouth and either shrugged it off as nothing or left me to languish for weeks to months with their scheduling. Dr. Pfeffle immediately recognized that I had a serious condition and took immediate action to get me the treatment I needed. I will be forever thankful to Dr. Pfeffle and his staff!

There is too much to what happened to go into again, but suffice it to say that his staff IS INCOMPETENT!! They assured me, AFTER I brought it up multiple times regarding my ex constantly STEALING reimbursement checks for insurance. The office staff assured me this would NOT happen I got this straight from 3 office personnel working on insurance. This office SCREWED up the insur, & once again, my ex ended up with MY MONEY, instead of it going directly to office!! I HATE THIS OFFICE!

He is a very sweet outgoing man but the woman at his office are rude!
