Great doctor
I saw Dr. Poe needing a second opinion due to the fact another ENT doctor failed to even pay attention to my symptoms or even to do a thorough examination. Dr. Poe listened and asked questions. He did a thorough examination and found the problem after a 5 month ordeal of dealing with sinus and hearing issues. He is easy and quite pleasant to talk to. It is so refreshing to find a doctor that treats you like a person instead of a number.

They couldn’t even get the appointment time correct; I have an email from them confirming my 9:30am appointment. When I showed up, they said it wasn’t until 1:30 and they never reschedule appointments without a patient consent. I showed her they email and she said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then on my wat home she called and canceled my 1:30pm appointment because I had Covid 19 a month ago so I am “HIGH RISK” and said I should go to the emergency room. My condition requires a specialist and is not an emergency, this will overload our emergency rooms.

My referral for an ear problem was handled quite well - friendly receptionist, attentive Dr. Poe, and clear-talk about the in office procedure he was doing and treatment alternatives. But all those first visit forms of patient history and HIPPA disclosure. Too bad he wasn't in my computer records from my health care system.

Dr. Poe is an absolutely amazing doctor! All my life I have been afraid of the ear doctor from past experiences and neatless to say, I unfortunately was born with bad ears. However, Dr. Poe out of all the doctors I have seen is the best of them all. Not only is he very professional, but he cares very much about his patients and getting them the right treatment. He was very gentle with my ears and didnt cause me any pain what so ever. Where other doctors just dont care how much the pick and prob and how bad it hurts, Dr. Poe is not like that, he did not hurt me at all. Also, he is ultimately what saved my life because he told me what was wrong a referred me to the right specialist to get the treatment I needed but could not afford up front. If I could rate him 100 stars, I would. Thank you Dr. Poe for saving my life!

I met with Dr. Poe on 1/23/20. Cordial, efficient, professional front office (thanks, Morgan!). Dr. Poe is professional, efficient, friendly, good "bedside" manner with a sense of humor. He also didn't keep keep me waiting "forever" in the exam room and wasted no time diagnosing. Thanks!

I visited Dr. Poe first time ever for sinus issues. My sinus cavities were completely shut- my sinuses could not drain properly. After discussions about which way to go -hospital surgery - or in office sinus surgery using a balloon method we went with the balloon method. Not knowing what to expect, Dr. Poe performed the sinus surgery with ease and explained what he was doing, and I had no pain. I am very pleased with the process so far. No pressure no headaches. I highly recommend.
