I had a positive experience with Dr. Ponec and the nursing staff in the procedure rooms. The doctor and nursing staff explained each step and I felt comfortable going in. The procedure went smoothly as did my recovery. The only issue I had was after the procedure when the staff told my family member that she (staff) could not provide medical information to her (family) even though I had spent time during check in to explain that I wanted to allow this. I had signed the necessary form for the medical information to be shared with this family member. Apparently, my permission to release medical information was not updated in the computer system.

Dr. Ponec took time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, options, and potential issues ahead with clarity, depth, and was responsive and thoughtful to questions.

Dr. Ponec was straight forward, honest, & professional. He answered questions, ensured that I understood the answers, and I am very satisfied with the results.

Everything about my visit and procedure was amazing from the kind funny intake and needle people to Dr. Poneck’s great instructions and positive attitude.
