Dr Probe was very calm and took his time to explain what was going to be done and allowed me the time to ask any questions I had.

He's a straight up guy and he tells the truth of what's going to be done.

Dr. Probe is a positive fellow, who is willing to explain the details of the issues and relevant anatomy involved in my issues, when requested. He initially gave a clear diagnosis and one clear solution. Upon more discussion, his explanations came forth and he provided numerous other therapies that could be used in addition or instead of what we finally decided. It was enjoyable and very informative. I think patients could benefit greatly if he present this greater amount of options right off, but maybe not all patients benefit as much by so much information as I do. He seems very respectful and helpful with his resident who did the initiatial diagnosis. I'd like to have had more explanation of the X-rays, and the radiologist's analysis in the "test results" of BSW's portal later on were pretty interesting, although a bit hard to understand as a layman.
