Every visit I’ve had were consistent in terms of patient regard, quality of care, and an uncanny talent to explain both the nature of the infirmity and care plan. Though there may be management personnel within the Family Care practice who impact the practice negatively, for me it is no distraction because of the quality experience of the physician, the nurses and reception and discharge staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Quattlebaum for several years now and all my experiences have been very good. From the office staff to time he takes to listen and explain things clearly. It is refreshing to have a doctor who takes time on each visit to address any concerns that I share.

He does an excellent job of listening to the patient and takes the time necessary to answer all questions. He explains medical terminology in ordinary layman's terms so that the patient can understand. He has no problem referring to a specialist when needed. Very pleasant personality. Knowledgeable and accurate in medical diagnoses and treatment plans. Understand connections between diet and overall health.

Very poor experience with Jocelyn, the NP in the office! Sick with a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection. She barely examined me. Told me, that I was fine. Sent me home with no meds. I'm a diabetic. She advised me to take otc cough medicine (that is full of sugar). You can never see the actual Doctor (unless planned months in afbance). Very dissatisfied with the care I've received here. A walk-in urgent care is ten times better than this place! Don't come here!
