Excellent Gastro.
Dr. Raymond has helped me tremendously. He has done an endoscopy and a colonoscopy on me. He listens and is very patient and comforting. He has a great bedside manner and is very calm. His NP Asher is also wonderful. The office staff is great. I feel like in great hands with him and his team. Thank you Dr. Raymond and Asher.

I had been a very very long time patient of Dr. Raymond. For about 15 years! Then I moved to California. I cannot say enough about this kind and caring man. He took the time to listen and never fell short of any treatment I needed. He cares! And wants to see you get well! He truly is a gift from God! Thank you Dr. Raymond!

Visit was not pleasant at all… JESSICA WAS HORRIBLE AND RUDE. CALLED TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS. WE TOLD TO LOOK AT THEIR APP. SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP. MY WIFE CALLED LEFT MESSAGE AND NO ONE RETURNED THE CALL. HIS STAFF IS A REFLECTION ON HIM. CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A DIFFERENT DOCTOR

The doctor and his procedures were great, however they seem to be less concern about their efforts to reconcile their small amount of money they collect as a pending copay from their claims. The claim to my insurance came back not requiring a copay. I am entitled to a refund if it was collected. They collected it. I called three times and there excuses that the accountant is off or it is the holiday. Finally the sent a check and the check was unsigned, Their system is broken and their followup is non-existing.

14 years ago, I went to Dr. Raymond after calling a few gastroenterologists who said I would have to pay up front because I was too young to have a colonoscopy and my insurance would not cover it. Dr. Raymond's office was the only one willing to work with me if I had to pay. Long story short, he saved my life because my colonoscopy revealed stage 3 cancer in my large intestine. This a doctor who cares about and listens to his patients and their concerns. I knew there was a problem, he listened.
