Dr. Setton and team were outstanding. They were communicative, friendly, and provided me with all the information I needed without being overwhelming. I felt like Dr. Setton and the team truly cared about my needs and concerns. I ended up pregnant after just the first cycle of treatment. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for fertility services.

I had the opportunity to have a year working with Dr. Setton and the AMAZING SGF team! The communication was impeccable and detailed to ensure you understood every step of the process. My husband and I received so much support and positivity during our IUI process. With their community support, it made it less stressful and when the conception was successful it was a beautiful celebration in the SGF family.

Dr. Setton is truly one of the most compassionate, intelligent, and invested doctors I've ever been to. He is realistic, but also deeply hopeful. He supported my husband and I during our recurrent loss journey, and always provided insightful testing, recommendations and interventions. We always felt safe and advocated for in his care, and we have no doubt his support got us to this place - we are finally pregnant with our triple rainbow baby!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Setton. His bedside manner is unfailingly kind, patient, honest, warm, and positive. He (and his team!) always made themselves available to my many questions. He is straightforward but always had a sense of calm in the face of my fears. From the first VC call during Spring 2021 until our graduation day in Fall 2022, Dr. Setton treated us like we mattered so much to him. His honesty, even in the toughest of moments, was always coupled with his unwavering belief in us being able to have our family one day. His warmth and patience made us trust in him and his team. Every communication was detailed, personal and frequent, which always gave us clarity. We are immensely grateful for Dr. Setton and his team for always being supportive, no matter the moment, and for never giving up on us.

Dr. Setton exudes care and professionalism. He did every scan in the SGF Brooklyn office, knew my charts, closely monitored my progression and was ready to take action or alter protocol at a moments notice. When a decision presented itself, he gave me options which made me feel like I was in control. He didn’t make any promises, but I knew we had a joint end goal: a successful pregnancy. Catherine and Valerie made my treatment protocol flow like a well oiled machine. They called after every appointment, responded quickly to portal messages, and were just a phone call away for any question. They changed what was a daunting uphill battle into a manageable part of my daily routine. We got through the 50+ appointments, countless blood draws, an egg retrieval and one embryo transfer. After my transfer on April 29, 2022 I squeezed Dr. Setton’s hand and said, “Thank you for everything.” I knew that no matter what the outcome he did everything possible for me and my husband.

When my partner and I came to Dr. Setton we were fresh off of a disappointing year of trying without a positive result. We were ready to be parents and we just didn't understand why it wasn't happening. Dr. Setton joined our first telehealth visit with a huge smile on his face and took the time to explain our options step-by-step. He was kind and warm from the get go and he never rushed us through a conversation. We felt supported and seen by him and his entire team. Even through their N95 masks, we were greeted with a smile at every appointment and cheered on after every procedure. We will never forget the incredible kindness they showed us and we can't thank them enough for finally making us first-time parents.

I consider myself so lucky to have gotten to have Dr. Setton as my fertility specialist. His bedside manner is incredible, he has a great relationship with his staff, and he is gentle but reassuring and very capable.

Infertility is never an easy journey but Dr. Setton is an amazing physician that does his best to make it "easier." He truly cares about his patients and is extremely easy to talk to about any and everything. He was an extreme source of knowledge, insights, and comfort during our journey and we were blessed to be cared for by him. I highly recommend him for anyone facing a difficult journey.

Dr.Setton was the most patient, caring, understanding, humble doctor I have ever come into contact with. He made my whole ivf process amazing. Each office visit was more pleasant than the next. I would recommend him a million times to anyone I come into contact with that is dealing with infertility. He gives you that feeling of home and that you are going to be ok.

We were blown away by Dr Setton’s care. He treats his patients like they are family. We felt so confident at every step of the way because he is so patient, caring, and empathetic while so knowledgeable at the same time. What a difference from our previous experiences. We’re so happy we found a Dr who uses his expertise to treat his patients on such an individualized basis with top notch care.

I had 2 experiences with Dr Setton 1. he was doing a simple usg for my monitoring. I have had the process ~12 times before with other doctors and he was the worst, it was super painful 2. He did one of my IUI. I have had that twice before and he was the worst. He could not find the right place to insert catheter and at this time I am bleeding and in pain. Clearly this doc does not know his job. I am complaining to authorities and will never be treated by him again
