I had a great experience with Dr. Shaw. I am relatively young and had never had surgery before, but he put me completely at ease and explained the procedure so that I would understand it. He is an excellent physician and surgeon and I am lucky to have had him perform my gall bladder surgery. He has a great bedside manner too and had my family smiling after they spoke with him after my surgery.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor or surgeon. Disrespectful, rude and condescending on top of making me wait an hour for my appointment. He yelled at me and left the exam room bc i didnt agree with him or his brush off. I left the office very upset and with no assistance and now having to seek a second opinion. Wouldn't recommend this cruel and arrogant man to anyone.
