Dr. S was the BEST!
My visit? There were many... Well my 1st visit was in 2007. I was nervous. I was new to California. 2nd time in San Diego- 1st time to live. I driving in the morning traffick. Once I met Dr. Slotkin all of my nerves were at ease. I fougnd him disarming. Easy to talk to. In fact, he was the first real down to earth person in the psych field I had ever met. I was used to carefully choosing my words. He'd parse them without hesitation & fire back the summarized confident version that I was trying for but always fumbled... not him - he was fast witted,, clear and concise, and TBH it was in fact it quite humourous to witness. I appreciate your care, and I referrals you gave me for neurologists, my epilepsy was finally under control!! It's not at the moment, my Clonazepam is down to 6mg a day (I know! No bueno- and 0 adjunct for agoraphobia, panic), nor pain... I was 100% seizure free at 16mg Clonazepam, 4mg Alprazolam, 200mg Topiramate. All better. Not anymore. Miss you Doc.
