Waited over an hour to be seen. And when I finally was the Dr was in there for less than 5 minutes. Terrible.

I loved everything about Dr. smith and staff. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. The Dr. listened to my foot complaints and and gave me cold laser treatment that eased my foot pain. I'm a happy customer :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith's for over 5 years. I have sent my friends and family members to him and everyone is pleased. I especially like the cold laser treatments instead of getting a shot. I don't like shots. I really like the fact that Dr. Smith explains my problems to me and tells me of all treatment options. The receptionist is very friendly and is able to get me an appointment around my work schedule.

Dr Smith treated me like a family member would. He was concerned about my health issues. attended to my needs in a very professional manner. He put me at ease with his kindness and care, answered all my questions and helped me understand how the cold laser treatments and some home work I need to do would help make my pain go away without injections or surgery I am very pleased and will send mor e patients to him because of his treatment of me

Dr. Robert Smith is very unprofessional. Epitome of "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. I saw a completely new side of Dr. Smith at my most recent session which ended up being my last. I wish I could provide more details but the space doesn't allow for it. I will just say he's unlocked a level of unprofessionalism that I have never witnessed in my 30 years on this earth.
