Initial appt. was fine; good listener, open to options. Two weeks after cataract surgery I had problems reading. Dr. Snyder's attitude changed abruptly to "shoot the messenger". He did not want to hear my concerns or come up with a solution. I had drop shadows, halos, and starbursts. His solution was "get glasses" despite my opting for a premium trifocal IOL. It took me 8 mo. and 2 more doctors to get a solution that fixed my problem using OTC drops, not more surgery or "there's nothing to do". His attitude was so negative towards me that I couldn't stand the thought of being in an exam room with him again. As a consulting retinologist remarked "Snyder thinks he hit a home run and you're telling him it was a foul ball." His ego really soured me on the experience though my vision is now fine (due to another doctor's remedy).
