Did you forget how to be human??
My daughter went to see Dr. Straub to discuss very serious infertility issues. She is not unaware of how serious her situation is. She came out of her appointment bawling after he laughed out loud three separate times at her. She is a nursing PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins university and yet he spoke to her in a condescending manner as though she did not understand what was going on. She went to him to talk about solutions. Knowing that her situation is dire, she was turning to him as an expert in the field to help her formulate the best plan of action. That did not happen at all. Dr. Straub, her situation may be serious but not hopeless in any way and even if it were hopeless, is laughing the right way to go???

In addition to appreciating everything Dr. Straub did for us, I also really appreciated how amazing my nurse Jennifer Cunningham was and Kimberly in the front office. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could shoot an email or call the office and receive almost an immediate reply, which was an incredible relief. This office is full of wonderful medical professionals who treat their patients with such kindness, compassion, and honesty.
