My grandson nearly died in a routine day surgery. Dr.. Stroud, the anesthesiologist and surgery team went into full cover up mode. My grandson has life long debilitation from it. Beware of this doctor.

My husband and son are both patients of Dr. Stroud. Both went through allergy treatments; in addition Husband has had several surgeries performed by Dr. S. He's always been very knowledgeable, caring, and makes his patients feel at ease. My mom will be the next to see him, she has Meneires Disease. Feeling very confident if there's any help for her, Dr. S and his staff can provide it. Appointment wait time is often long, but Dr. S spends as much time as needed to address your concerns.

After several "specialists", Dr Stroud would not let me out of his office until he had a diagnosis for me. After several tests he ran a cat scan and diagnosed my rare condition. SSCD. Thank you Dr Stroud!!

Dr Stroud performed surgery on my son several years ago and we loved him. Fast forward 5 years and we needed surgery for something unrelated. We choose to return to him depite insurance issues. Very long story short, when my sons hearing did not return to normal after surgery, I was reassured by the audiology staff that what we were experiencing was normal and his hearing WOULD return. After a second opinion in Lubbock, tumors were found in his ear leaving him deaf & needing many surgeries

This place is full of Surprise bill's and trumped up conditions. A practice that has advertisements for surgical procedures in the waiting room is not in the business for customer satisfaction. They are there to make money and all customers are is walking ATMs. Charged 400$ for a procedure without being told it wasn't part of the checkup. The when coming back a week later, the first thing he suggests is the same procedure. Again, not informing me of its full effect. When I said no, he dropped me

We loved Dr. Stroud. We couldn't get into our established ENT for two months; needing tubes sooner than that our pediatrician got us in with Dr. Stroud. He was able to see our son the next business day and we received tubes less than two days later. He and his staff were amazingly kind and understanding of our situation. I highly recommend him and am very pleased and greatful for their flexibility and scheduling promptness.

I have known Dr. Stroud for several years and have always considered him a good doctor. He just did surgery on my 21 year old son and it went very well with very caring staff. I would definitely recommend him to others.

If zero stars were possible I'd give him that rating. Dr. Stroud and his staff are uncaring and uninterested in any serious ENT condition. If your health issue could be life threatening seek medical attention elsewhere.
