Dr. Robert Talac, MD

I recently went with Dr. Talac for PRF injections. It was about 7k, and was a much regretted transaction on my end. Definitely isn't the 'premium product', and doesn't deserve that title whatsoever. The issue with Dr. Talac is that he is with you 100% before the treatment, until he makes the sale. The office is responsive, and willing to chat & help out. However, as soon as you receive treatment that all changes. His pitch to us was the fact that he provides a program for post-treatment, which is part 2 of the recovery phase (most important part as well from his words). He told us that he would taking me through this process step-by-step, and we'd create the program together to customize it for my needs.Lastly, the office is very difficult to reach. It's only he and his wife who work there (website says differently, however those people are nowhere to be seen at his office). They are AWFUL at responding via phone and email. Very unprofessional and doesn't carry mutual respect.

Wasted $4500 just for 2 PRF injections that did nothing. Office staff does not return phone calls or emails and when they do its too late. They were supposed to send exercise and protocol for after my injections and they procrastinated and sent after I was supposed to start it and only after I contacted several times. They make excuses and say their phone or email was having issues. Stay far away from these people. Others are way cheaper and I should have known with all the negative reviews.

I have anxiety (always) preparing for any medical procedure. Dr. Talac has a very good manner, in calming and his efforts in controlling pain during injections are amazing. Livia is very efficient and thorough while explaining the procedure(s) and helping patients to prepare for the best healing possibility. I trust Dr. Talac and I recommend to anyone - schedule a consult and I believe you will be inpressed.

Why did you run out on your patients in Jackson, Tn. You were going to fix my lumbar after my neck healed, but you left with no warning. Why?

I just want to know why you abandoned me, hours before I was scheduled for surgery? I still have not received the surgery because the Doctor I went to next was in the Methodist network who was dropped by United healthcare. You disappeared/abandoned me when I needed you the most! I am still in severe pain and have had to give up on my surgery as I am now financially broke from doctors that took my money and didn’t help me. I was scheduled for surgery and then you said you were in “peril”??? But I see that you went back to practicing. You helped me so many times before that I felt safe with you and then you abandoned me. Just wanted you to know that I am still in severe pain and have no trust in Doctors anymore. What ever caused you to turn your back on me at the last minute?

Dr. Talac did an XLift on my spine in 2010. I had been told by every Dr. I'd gone to that there was nothing they could do. Dr. Talac was my last hope. My surgery went great and I've been pain free ever since. If I ever need more surgery I will go to where ever he is, he's the best!

Best dr ever! He did surgery on my neck two years ago and I have been great since! Was back to work in two weeks!

Dr. Talac and his staff are amazing. They are so kind and tentative. Dr. Talac takes his time to explain everything to you. I never felt rushed or like my questions annoyed him. In a world of doctors with crapy bedside manner Dr. Talac is a breath of fresh air! I have and will continue to recommend him!

Dr. Talac did back surgery on me in December of 2014. He did surgery on my L4 and L5. I didn't get any better, and he said he had all he could do for me after giving me an injection in my back. In December 2014, I was in so much pain that I made an appointment with a Neurosurgeon. She did an MRI and xrays. She said that she didn't know what Dr. Talac did to me, but I wasn't the first one of his patients to come her after having surgery by Dr. Talac.

Dr. Talac is wonderful doctor. He is very kind and has help me have a better more active life.

Dr Talac and his team are wonderful. Dr Talac is very caring. He explains everything to you in a simple manner and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Talac .
