Great doctor
Dr. Tester gives me the shot in my eye That has macular degeneration. He is knowledgeable regarding macular degeneration and shows me the pictures of my eye and explains what is or isn't happening to my eye. I am now on the 3-month shot regimen and he is very friendly yet professional.

Professional ! Put me at ease with concerns about the aging process. I have had floaters and had heard many disturbing stories. My first time visit was stressing me out until Dr. Tester walked in with a smile and professional demeanor. He put me immediately at ease and answered questions and examples of eye changes in my age range of 76 yrs. Very pleased with my visit. Yes, I will pass the word to recommend him!

I had an eye exam at Costco when an irregularity was found. They contacted Dr. Tester's office to see if I could be seen, soon. The office called me first thing the next Monday and had me come in as soon as possible.

Dr. Tester has a warm, caring and sincerely interested manner. He clearly and thoroughly explained what was to be expected during my cataract surgery, and during those surgeries carefully explained, in layman’s language, each procedure he was performing. At the follow up appointments, Dr. Tester described how the the cataract removal went, how well the eye was healing and thoroughly answered each of my questions. Given my experience with Dr. Tester, I would highly recommend him for anyone seeking a professional opinion about the necessity of cataract removal.

My wife required cataract surgery on both eyes recently, and received poor pre-op instructions at Dr. Tester's office. Many of her questions about the surgery went unanswered, and she received very poor medication explanations. Many promised phone calls to her by his staff were either late or not made at all.. As a retired nurse, she recognized this as poor care. Ultimately she received excellent care and successful surgery on both eyes elsewhere.

Answered all questions. Never felt rushed. Explained everything as he was doing cataract surgery. Uses latest techniques and is experienced with latest type lens. While it is an assembly line clinic setting, everyone seemed to care and made the experience personal.

Symfony Lens in Auburn, WA – Dec 11, 2016

I never thought I could get good reading eyes from surgery. All I ever heard about was people correcting their distance vision. I like to read, crochet, knit, cook, etc. I don't mind wearing glasses for driving and other long-distance needs, since the majority of the time I need my closer vision. I just had my 2nd cataract surgery yesterday, so now I have two great reading eyes and it's been wonderful to get back to the things I love, without feeling any eye stress. Thank you, Dr. Tester!
