Dr. Robert Toledo, DO

After 6 years of being with them it is when I got pregnant that my real problems started with them. Not to mention they put me on the wrong birth control pill or shot twice. When I questioned why they wanted to do a procedure that they didn’t explain well while I’m pregnant they decided to discharge me. I’m 2 months from giving birth. Furthermore I only saw Dr. Toledo once during my entire pregnancy he just pawned me off not cool.

I’m so glad and thankful that I found De Toledo I’ve been with him at least going on 6 years and I am pretty happy and over satisfied of how he handled his pt’s, he treated me and all his pt’s like a family member and he listens to you and he will give his best opinion and help you in any way possible, he is professional friendly, very nice, kind and speaks gently and smoothly. And all staff named Kim, Joyce and all front staff are all nice and friendly and I never have any problem with them at all. Office manager is doing a great job training staff of what is need to be done and putting and prioritize first things first.....their goal is to make sure that the patients are all happy leaving their facility....and I’ve been very happy ?? it is a very clinic but everyone is doing a great job making sure everything runs smoothly and Dr Toledo is a type of Doctor that makes you feel welcome and that he’s making sure that everything is taking care of before leaving his office. Thanks Dr T!

Dr. Toledo has always treated me like a friend or family member I've always been so comfortable with him and his wife Holly I love them both!

I would give Dr. Toledo 10 stars if I could. Because when I was seeing him, he was not what I expected. He was very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and not judged, and not only did he listen to the things I had to say and the way I felt, he explained to me what he thought would best for me. He took the time to make me feel important. I did only give 4 instead of 5 because it seems that if you were a prior patient and you try to get back in, they make it impossible. Thats not cool.

Doctor is nice and friendly. ******WARNING******* If you are interested in being overcharged, under cared for by staff then go here. We were charged hundreds of dollars more then what we should of been, granted we will be getting a refund that doesn't change the major inconvience. When we got tired of being overcharged at our next appt we asked that it be fixed and instead of that we were refused service. Office "manager" Holly, is a rude disrespectful person.

Office girls are rude but if you need a suboxone Dr he is the guy. Gets addiction and takes the time to talk with you. First appointment I was a little put off but after he was awesome.

It's sad to say that Dr. Robert Toledos office is ran by incompetent individuals..especially when it comes to the billing department. They over charge you for services..despite the fact that they should NOT be charging UPFRONT specially if they are IN NETWORK PROVIDERS. I IGNORED the comments posted by someone who said she was discharged 2 MONTHS BEFORE GIVING BIRTH when she questioned the billing. Well the SAME THING JUST HAPPENED to ME. Mind you that Toledos has been my OBGYN for over 5 years.

I suggest you fire your medical manager name Holy. The entire staff was rude and not very knowledgeable. Your Yelp review has the same complaint about his Holy girl and how rude she handles her patients. By far the worst experience I had.
