Dr. Robert Topkis, DO

I would like to know. I’ve been trying to get registered as a new patient but their front office is very disorganized. I was told they would get back to me in two weeks. This i is the third week so I went over this afternoon to find out what the problem was. They told me that the woman who puts new patient in the system, only works a few hours a week and she has three other jobs. When I asked if I could get a ballpark estimate, some woman came from the back and started to scold me. She actually told me to go somewhere else I guess I will if this is how the front office treats new people I don’t think I wanna be a patient. It’s a shame because the doctor is probably very good but his front office staff needs to be fired immediately for treating new people in such a disgusting manner.

Dr. Bob is the best. I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. One time when my son was young I took him and he asked could he change to Dr. Bob because he really liked his personality. He reminds me of the way doctor's used to be. He takes interest in your concerns and listened . Thanks Dr. Bob

Dr. Topkis is great. I like him because he remembers me even if I haven't been there in a while.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob for over 20 years. Before Dr. Bob I was a patient of his dad Dr. Stewart Topkis. I have the utmost respect and confidence in both doctors. The Staff is awesome.
