I seen him two years ago He was rude didn’t spend any time just said was ok Well things have changed a lot now but refuse to see me Can’t get a appointment I have always paid my bills I have no idea why I’m treated like this My symptoms are totally different The pain is terrible I don’t like pain pills But since he wrote in the chart I didn’t need anything further they won’t see me Doesn’t make any sense I’m miserable

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by someone in the medical profession. I had heard good things about this doctor and was hoping to finally get some answers. What I received was rudeness and unprofessionalism. I will never go back to that doctor.

Dr. Valente spent a lot of time with me going over my history and evaluating my problems. He didn't talk in circles around any subject but was straight to the point which is my preferred method of communication. He didn't talk down but used words that I could understand. I can't say that I wanted to be there but since I got this disease, I'm just glad that I have a doctor who is giving me the guidance that I needed.

I went to see Dr. Valente re: continuing muscle and joint pain. He is a life saver. My quality of life was so low and now with the appropriate medications, I feel alive again. Thanks to Dr. Valente!! He is extremely intelligent and knows his medicine.
