Great as always, the best!

Process from entry to exit was streamlined. Even with lots of patients and a full waiting room, flow was good, and waiting time was minimal. Once I was called back, it was less than 3 minutes to get x-rays, then 4 minutes later doctor came in with questions, details from x-ray, and we discussed options for next steps.

The customer service is fantastic. The office is very clean and I staff are so nice. My physician Dr. Wainer is just awesome and I have been a patient of his for almost 10 years. Just found out today he is going to retire. He will be sorely missed. 40 years of service is just remarkable. Congratulations on your retirement Dr. Wainer.

I have seen Dr. Weiner for every orthopedic issue I think I've ever had as an adult. He has scoped both my knees, and repaired trigger thumb. The new staff is excellent, as well. I've never had to sit long in their waiting room, and I found out that the one medical assistant person that I really did not like, no longer works there.

Exceptional Service as Usual

Before seeing Dr Wainer I was told that I would need a total knee replacement by a previous doctor. To Dr Wainer has a great personality and immediately put me at ease because he actually listened to my complaint regarding knee pain and a torn meniscus.He reviewed my medical history and MRI, thoroughly questioned me regarding my knee pain and most importantly, he suggested a conservative treatment option before even considering surgery. Ultimately at some point in time, I might require a total knee replacement but today I left Dr Wainer’s office after 2 knee injections and a brace feeling better and more hopeful than I have felt in six months. I strongly recommend Dr Wainer who was recommended to me by my husband who was highly pleased after being treated by Dr Wainer almost 15 years ago.

Dr Wainer is a wonderfully caring doctor. Hard to co.e by this day.

Dr. Wainer has performed multiple knee surgeries, my own injuries, and he keeps me dancing and playing golf! Excellent doc and great person.

Dr. Wainer is an excellent orthopedic surgeon! His skills in evaluating injuries and conditions are excellent and his surgery skills are excellent as well. He recently did a knee replacement surgery for me and I am amazed at how quickly and completely I have recovered. He is also personable and sincerely cares about his patientsl I highly recomment him!
