Dr. Robert Wasnick, MD

What an awful experience. He should be ashamed of himself. I took my three year old daughter in for evaluation, and he told me and my daughter that my daughter is expressing pain in attention seeking behaviors. She has a legitimate diagnosis that can cause illness. We had seen him once for a second opinion evaluation, where he agreed with the diagnosis and advised to come back if there were concerns, and this was follow up for a concern. He was rushed, dismissive, and sarcastic, spending less than 5 whole minutes in the room. He gave no follow up guidance at all. I am a physician myself and would have never spoken to or treated a child or her family this way. I will not be returning and should have trusted my gut and the first practice I went to.

Dr. Wasnick was awesome couldn’t have asked for a better pediatric urologist for my son. His office staff was warm and friendly I would recommend but I had one bad experience with a lady who books his surgery lorriene. She was a nightmare to deal with and was so rude on the phone. I was totally taken Back because everyone was great up until I dealt with her. She needs to be more personable in the phone and remember she is dealing with sick people and kids. I hope Dr. Wasnick can rectify his problem with the scheduler. In any event thank you Dr. Wasnick for your expertise and helping my kid.
