Doesn’t take mental health serious!
This doctor doesn’t take mental health seriously. I’ve been seeing him for a few years. He’s been good to me, but there are many times I’ve gone in and he’s treated me like I’m stupid.. I went in and asked to be put on an SSRI.. he told me he doesn’t think I’m depressed and he won’t prescribe this medication because it could compromise his license…. I’ve been seeing a counselor for years, I get SSI for depression/anxiety. I felt as if he didn’t even listen, never read the surveys I would fill out asking if I was depressed etc. he said if I told him I was suicidal he would get me in with behavioral health that day.. but I’m not suicidal I’m just depressed! I also asked about getting something else checked out and he told me I was too young to have that issue..

Dr White is an excellent physician. He is very thorough and he listens to my concerns. He is genuinely concerned about my medical needs. I highly recommend him.

Dr White decided that he wanted to go home early on April 28th and elected to cancel his appoint with my wife which was scheduled for 1:00 pm. However, that's not what he told his receptionist to tell my wife. Instead, both my wife and son left the Zoo early to meet me and go to this appointment. When we got there, the receptionist informed my wife that Dr White would NOT be seeing my wife PERIOD because they DO NOT prescribe birth control. When he explicitly spoke to her about her needs.
