Dr. Robert Wilson, MD

Dr. Wilson has hands-down one of the most pleasant bedside manners I’ve ever experienced in my life. He’s in depth and thorough and explaining the issue at hand and making sure you understand your options, he does not automatically push surgery. He will let you know that there are non-operational avenues to pursue if there are. After surgery, he follows up with you promptly to assure you’re doing well and make sure that you feel you get the best care possible. due to a skill and precision my pain after surgery did not last as long as most people told me it would which I was very thankful for. His office is inviting, his staff is friendly and he himself is very friendly and responsive to his patients. I could not recommend Dr. Wilson, more, and anyone that I have heard discuss anything sinus related I have recommended to him even if they don’t live in Frankfort lol since I know he has practices in other counties.

Dr. Wilson did a great job removing my son’s tonsils and adenoids. He was very kind, patient, and explained things throughly. He is a great doctor. We highly recommend.

My husband had some work done on his sinuses. I hadn’t met the doctor until day of surgery and when he walked in the room it was like a ray of sunshine. He introduced himself, explained everything in GREAT detail and before he left he asked to pray over my husband and that gave me chills. He called the night of surgery to make sure everything was going good and since then he still checks in every few weeks. Honestly, I would recommend Doctor Wilson to any and everyone that needs to see an ENT. He truly cares about his patients and it shows by his wonderful bedside manner and continuous check ins on his patients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He is a great and caring doctor. After surgery he will call and check on you and remind you when to start your meds. You don't hardly find that in a doctor any more. You can tell by his actions that he really cares for his patients.

His follow up with her appointment reminded me of his good care, and I took time to right this review.If you have sinus infections, breathing troubles, or whatever, see Dr. Wilson.I’d always heard that the effects from sinus surgery was good for awhile but then conditions would return. My surgery was 6 months ago, and I feel great. Sinuses stay clear. I can breath quietly. While o do continue to do nasal flushes, sometimes daily, the whole breathing experience is tons better. I should have had this done 25 years ago, but I didn’t have Dr. Wilson.He’s not the first ENT I’ve seen. But he should’ve been.

Dr. Wilson was great in every aspect, from explaining the procedures he thought that would help me to performing the procedures. His office personnel were also great. Always quick to respond to any questions and help out any way possible. Dr. Wilson and everyone I encountered that worked for him were wonderful!

Dr. Robert Wilson has exceeded my expectations for a ENT doctor. He addressed the root of my problem and gave me options/choices to try before any surgeries. He was very kind and you can see that he cares about his patients. I had to get surgery unfortunately. He explained everything to me in steps so I felt comfortable. He also called to check up on me afterwards. Overall, he is a wonderful doctor and i recommend him.

Dr Wilson preformed sinus surgery in his office. He was very care to make sure I experienced no pain by making sure I was numb well. He checked on me personally after I left the office and a couple days after. He is very professional and has a great bedside manner. His staff is also very nice.

My family has had 4 separate procedures completed by Dr. Wilson. Not only is he friendly, he is down to earth, explains everything in extraordinary detailed and has amazing bed side manners. All of his staff was very professional and I never waited long in the office. Any questions I had, they were always fast to work with Dr. Wilson to provided me an answer.My son had his first procedures at the age of one and his last at the age of 7. Every encounter has been outstanding and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. We have been blessed to meet Dr. Wilson!

Dr. Wilson is an excellent ENT! He is a caring doctor who treats each patient as an individual. In the3rd person in my family who has seen Dr. Wilson for sinus issues, and each of us has to have different procedures. He took the time to test, explain, and set up the procedures for us. Afterwards, he called and texted to check on us, even over the weekend. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson for anyone with ear, nose, and throat issues.

Dr Wilson was a second opinion doctor for me after not being satisfied with an ENT that I had seen for the last 30 years. Dr Wilson was thorough he ran the test that was needed he got me the MRI that was needed and sent me to the type of doctor I needed to go to for my problem. I am suffering from severe vertigo for 8 months now and I finally feel like someone listen to me. Thank you Dr Wilson for being so kind.

Got an appointment quickly. Wait time in office was very short for each appointment. He is very thorough during his exams. Takes the time to listen to your issues and addresses them. I had to have surgery, he explained everything he was going to do, never rushed or made me feel uncomfortable. I believe he genuinely cares about his patients. Prayed with me before surgery, but asked me first! Checked on me by phone after surgery. On his own personal time. I’ve never had a doctor do that. It was very much appreciated! My surgery was successful, he fixed my issues. I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Wilson if the need ever arises again. I would highly recommend him! Great Doctor, very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner!

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for several years. He has always been nice and makes you feel comfortable. Very relatable and explains things very well. He recently performed a sinus surgery for me, and it went great. Prayed for me prior, which I appreciated. Not something you see much these days, so I respect that. He also made sure to contact my wife and I several times following surgery to make sure my recovery was going OK. I can finally breathe through my nose and it is life changing. Highly recommend Dr. Wilson.

Dr. Wilson along with his staff are incredible to say the least. Wait times in his office are reasonable, scheduling is well organized and a breeze! He performed my sinus surgery. From CT scan to post-op I have received nothing less than true genuinely exceptional care. Before surgery he left me well prepared, surgery day he was very calming when my nerves were high, reassuring that i was in good hands. During my first week post-op he checked in with me frequently to make sure I was okay and to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. When I did have questions, he made himself available whenever I needed. Dr. Wilson is extremely personable, gentle, calming and proactive. It’s so refreshing to have a health care professional that cares about their patients. End result: actually breathe again! HIGHLY recommend.

Doctor explained everything that would happen in surgery and after. He answered every question I had. He prayed with us prior to surgery. He came in after surgery went over the recovery and thing to expect. The doctor called to check on me multiple time after the surgery. Follow up appointments were no waiting for the Doctor. I think my longest weight time was 15 minutes. Dr. Wilson always answered my questions and never seemed to be in a hurry to get through the appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need sinus surgery. Awesome Doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr. Wilson was the first ENT that took my sinus and allergies seriously. The surgery was successful and has given me a lot of relief especially at the beginning of this awful allergy season. His follow up and availability were a huge plus as well. Also the office staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs.
