The BEST
I have been seeing Dr Wilson and PA Kris Watson for over 12 years. I choose to drive over a hour to get the treatment I feel I deserve. I was referred by the VA after seeing a local pain management provider that didn’t remember me or my name after seeing him for a year! His office had a “herding cattle” mentality. From day one PIPC has treated me with respect, compassion and concern. They treat me based on MY diagnosis, MY response to treatment, and MY compliance. I don’t feel like I’m put in a box with everyone else that suffers from neck and back problems. The entire staff is WONDERFUL; from the front desk to the nurses and technicians in the patient care area. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel like I am their only patient. I highly recommend Piedmont Interventional Pain Care!

Dr. Wilson is a very kind and caring provider seeking what is in the best interest of his patients. He consults with his patients so they are well informed of the options that they have. He is very gentle and interactive with them. The staff is also very kind and makes you feel very comfortable. There is no wait time and they also inform you of what is to come.I would highly recommend this practice.

Best practice in Salisbury!
I had a back surgery in March that made my back much worse. I suffered from 3 back fractures after the surgery. I had osteoporosis and I didn't realize how bad it was. I had severe pain and could hardly walk because the pain was so bad. The treatment I received by Dr. Wilson and staff, gave me my life back! Dr. Wilson put in a spinal cord stimulator that blocks pain signals and it has helped so much. I'm so thankful for this. Staff are professional and compassionate.

I have been going to PIPC for about 15 years. Always received good care if I see Dr. Wilson or Kris. I have had 4 back surgeries and they are always giving me options for injections that could give me some pain relief.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Wilson II?
Dr Wilson was very caring and compassionate and took a lot of time with me, although ultimately his treatment provided no relief. The staff was very accommodating and got me in quickly. What was off putting, though, was the initial drug test and being treated suspiciously like I was a drug addict at my first visit. This may be a state requirement, but I think it should be explained from the start. I had never been to a pain management clinic before, and was referred for a nerve block, so I really don’t see how that was relevant anyway. It may seem normal protocol for the staff, but for someone who is not abusing drugs and is dealing with a very painful condition, it is rather upsetting.
