Dr Zombolo was exceedingly thorough in his consideration and diagnosis of my foot injury. He provided me with a clear explaination of my condition and treatment options. I am seeing promising progress as a result of this.Dr. Zombolo has an approachable demeanor and is quite pleasant. His assistants and xray techs are amazing as well!!

Lack of patient concern
Fell and injured my foot. Considered their walk-in clinic, but was able to schedule next day appointment through North Shore connect for 9:45 am. Due to traffic and construction, I was running late. Called to inform office and they informed me if I was 15 minutes late, I would have to reschedule! I get that, I was 25 minutes late and told I would have to reschedule my appointment. Nov 3 was next availability. Now mind you, they are an immediate care for broken bones, etc! I asked if they could just use the walk-in and they denied me and turned me away! What doctor cares more about policy than a patient! Stay away from this doctor. Staff was also rude and not caring! Drive 15 minutes to a different clinic and was seen in 15 minutes and my foot is broke!

Had what I thought was a piece of glass in my foot since Thanksgiving! Finally got it removed today (1/25/21). I’m a big baby, he was able to get out the dog hair that was stuck in my foot (not glass as I had previously thought )lol! Very nice and Patient with me as I’m a big baby. Quick and gentle, he’s a rockstar!

My expérience with Dr. Zombolo was very good. My feet were very sore and I was not sure why. I was beginning to have balance issues because of the soreness. He removed very hard caluses on my feet and told me what I should be doing to care for my feet. He also diagnosed that I needed metatarsal supports in my shoes and recommended that I buy ABEO shoes. I have done that. In the past year my foot pain has subsided . I have been able to return to low-impact aerobics and I am walking much better in général. I am very happy with his care and I intend to see him again if any issues arise.

Went to Dr. Z for an ankle sprain. Diagnosed me incorrectly with CRPS after only 3 weeks into treatment. Went about it for 5 months and after the pain worsened I saw a pain specialist who informed I don't have this condition. So I essentially wasted 5 months and potentially made the underlying condition worse with his misdiagnosis. When I confronted him about it he called me and was extremely rude to me. Attacked me with questions about the other doctors reasoning and became defensive. Don't appreciate the rude nature of his tone.

My PCP said Zombolo gave me DX that required walking.I was in wheel chair when saw him.He did NOT see me walk.I could not touch the ground with injured leg.I could not maintain balance with a walker or scooter with one leg.I was hoping I could do so by improving stability of good foot.I slant my feet a bit outward. He took a quick look at good foot, said couldn't help, and reached for door. When pushed he said I had a "nerve problem".The DX in my chart was not discussed.PCP confirmed it was way off.
