Dr. Roberto Gonzalez, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberto Gonzalez for about 5 years and consider him the consummate professional who genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is exemplary and his Outpatient Nurse Navigator Mr. Enrique Quintana was exceptional. I have no problems in booking appointments and the wait times are reasonable. Dr. Gonzalez answers all questions that I pose via e-mail within 24 hours and was instrumental in acting as an intermediary between myself and the insurance company. He and his Nurse Navigator recently went above and beyond spending countless hours sending out my medical notes in a timely fashion so I could acquire my necessary medications. He explains everything and there is no pressure as he maintains a calm, composed manner. I recommend him highly to patients considering a great Family Practitioner or Primary Care Physician.

I had 3 visits with Dr. Gonzalez and I didn't spend 10 minutes with him in total, in spite of me needing serious medical help. It's like he has an internal timer combined with a disheartening apathy. I don't think he paid me much attention. That's why he sent me to the lab for the same blood test twice in two weeks. Even the lab technician thought it was pointless. He shows very little interest, looking at his PC the whole time. He wasted my time so I went elsewhere. He makes his money easily.
