They had my referral for 2 weeks and I could not get anyone to answer the phone. Desoto doesn't ring, mansfield er line was rude and hung up on me when I tried to call back several times. Why would I even want to come now???? Let everyone see my story.

Since the advent of the Electronic Medical Record doctors spend most of the time looking at a computer screen which leaves patients feeling that the process is impersonal. He asked a few questions but never once looked at me. Medical skills are #1 priority, but interpersonal skills are important too. Did not discuss possible causes for my headaches such as allergens, sinus pressure, etc, he just rushed thru & prescribed meds. Need to look at Pt., discuss diagnosis, treatment plan, and prognosis.

Not a good experience. After my MRI I had to call them and leave several messages just to her my results. It was over a week and half since the MRI and nobody called me. I had to call them several times. And the MRI results were not good, so I saw the nurse practitioner to discuss and she was more interested in my psychology therapy from the referring doctor. Not a good experience at all.

Very hard to get in contact with the office, they put you on hold every time you call and takes them forever to call you back. He does not prescribed the right medication for me, I don't think he took me seriously, I had a brain tumor removed and was doing great recovering until I started seeing him, everything went down hill. I switch doctors. not happy with this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nieto's for more than six years. I have a very complex condition in regard to migraines. Dr. Nieto communicates with me as an equal and is completely honest in managing my expectations of pain management. And, we work together to treat my condition which is severe. I see other specialists and they have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Nieto. That is why I am very confused about some of the feedback I have seen online. He is great.

He's an okay doctor, and seems attentive during the exams, however the real problem is getting in contact with him- or honestly anyone at this office. The pharmacy needed to re-new the prior approval for my medicine and they haven't been able to get in contact with anyone for almost a week. I can't get anymore medicine delivered until they finally decide to call the pharmacy or fax the paperwork. This is not the first time this has happened. Simply ridiculous. Looking for a new office.

Never takes calls. Never calls back from leaving messages. Allergic to pills he gave to me and no calls back. I stopped them immediately . Still haven't received my medical records so I can find a doctor to help me.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Nieto and I was told Dr. Nieto's office would contact me to schedule an appointment. After 2 days I called his office and was directed to Linda's voicemail where I left a message about the referral. 10 DAYS LATER Linda called me. By this time my pain had gone away on its own.. I reminded Linda that I'd been waiting almost 2 weeks for her call. Linda's response was well, we get a lot of referrals. I did not schedule an appointment.
