Dirty office
Bad experience. Explained what I was there for…(pap) when I made appointment and saw the nurse. Ended up receiving a group of STD tests, (9x the cost and unwanted and unnecessary.) Clearly in business to take your $$. I had to follow up as I didn’t get a call with test results. Surprised to learn no Pap was done. Filthy office floors, exam rooms, and baseboards. NOT impressed! Clean up your act Dr. Burns.

Dr. Burns needs to Replace her front desk Person, who happens to be her Sister Meoldy. Does a poor job of relaying urgent messages to Dr. Burns. Could very well cost a patient their life. I was a patient for a number of years. Was pleased with the Doctor's performance. Dr. Burns doesn't realize what is happening with patient's phone calls for help. Honestly, I hope that is the case!!!!

Dr. Burns was fine, but what I want people to be aware of is, if you are on Medicare, her front office will not send the bill's overage to your supplemental insurance. Whatever Medicare does not pay for, she will charge you and you must pay the day of your appointment. Dr. Burns' office will not send that extra charge in to your supplemental insurance.

I am 74. I saw Dr. Burns for a pelvic exam. My bladder and uterus are prolapsed. She has referred me to a surgeon. She explained in careful detail the various tests I might expect to be prescribed. She noted that her mother had seen the same surgeon and has full confidence in him. I, in turn, have great confidence in her. This office has strict protocols for Covid evaluation. That meant standing outside for several minutes. This kept me from contact with other patients and her staff was very professional in their protocols as well. I really appreciate the minor inconvenience for the sense of safety they gave me.

I have never been to her but I know people that have and they are pleased with her work. I haven’t been to her because she is in NV and I live in California.

The doctor is actually not bad. The staff is horrible. The medical assistant has very colorful words when she speaks to you, then I got told by the Doctor I will need a prescription, it never gets sent and I called several times, one time I got told the Dr probably forgot. I called today and was told the doctor said there’s no need for the prescription, I told the lady that I want to cancel my appointment ends up being the manager and an a jerk, she hung up on me

Absolutely love Dr. Burns and her staff! After initial visit/exam I was invited to her hormone seminar with other patients. It was incredible..never had a Dr. do something like this. Her presentation was warm, insightful, and filled with a vast amount of information in order for me to make good choices about my health. She and her staff have been warm, thorough, professional. Thankful to have found her!

Dr. Burns is alright; however, her office is ridiculously slow about getting back to you and about sending prescriptions. I had an abnormal pap smear and I never received a call about it. I actually found out by looking on my health insurance website at my personal health record. Then, I went to see her for a separate issue, which required medication, and her nurses never called in my prescription. I spoke with them three times and gave up the last time. I will not be returning to her care.

I had to go get paperwork done for my job, the office staff were terrible and utterly rude. After much arguing with them, the office manager told me she would have the doctor fill out my paperwork and call me the next day. I have only a short window to get this paperwork turned in or I will lose my job. They never called me back the next day and the day after that I got an email early in the morning that they would be closed for the next week. I called the day they opened back up to see if they

I thought Dr. Burns had great beside manner until it came time to get reimbursed from her office for a visit. I had to file a complaint with the Governor's Consumer Health Advocate. No return calls, no return of fax requests, no return of messages or courtesy follow up - I am with everyone else on the staffing problems but have a really hard time believing Dr. Burns is COMPLETELY unaware that her office staff are rude, unprofessional and lack tact/compassion when it seems a common occurrence.

Robin Burns seems to be a very proficient Dr. The office is always clean. The only complaints I have, are the wait times, and the office charges extra fee when you use your debit card to pay fees. So if you bring cash, I think you will have a good experience with Dr.Burns.
