Very arrogant attitude. Told me a list of things to do. Was indignant when I asked a question. Told me to come back in 3-4 weeks. Then showed me the door. No discussion of alternatives, no discussion at all...I was to do as I was told. - exactly - no exceptions .. I will Not be returning for follow-up.

Pastore has been a Godsend to my husband. We’ve been seeing him for close to a year now and we’ve couldn’t have chosen a better doctor. He listens, he’s patient, and he showed me exactly how to care for my husbands wounds. Would recommend to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Pastore for several years and I think he is the greatest. I am treated with kindness and Dr. explains to me the procedure and hints to improve. No other doctor can be as good as he is.

Central DuPage Foot & Ankle is a well run organization. Ease of making an appointment and check-in is great. Dr. Pastore has a great manner, and is extremely competent. I will go nowhere else for foot & ankle problems -- this practice is my permanent solution provider.

I very much appreciate Dr. Pastore's conservative approach to foot care. He doesn't immediately suggest surgery, but discusses less invasive options first. His bedside manner is great, and his staff is very helpful and friendly.

I want to get 0 stars. I have been through hell the last couple of years due to two botched surgeries performed by this guy. I have had to get one foot redone by another surgeon, and I am facing another surgery soon to repair my other foot My last 2 years have been all about limping, pain, suffering and less than a fun, happy life. If I can prevent anyone from going through what I have gone through, that would be something. DONT GO TO PASTORE!!!!

Please do not allow Dr Pastore to operate on your hammertoes. He botched my toes on both feet. They still hurt after almost a year. They are more crooked and painful than before the surgery. I noticed that my toes were mangled immediately after he removed my bandages. Another surgeon is correcting what doctor Pastore botched up. Yes, he is personable, but definitely is not a good surgeon. PLEASE save yourself from pain and wasted time. I rate him a 0 for hammertoe surgery!

He should know his limitations, and should only do calluses, and in-grown toe nails, NOT surgery. I give him a zero for ruining my feet after a botched bunionectomy and hammer toe surgery. Thankfully, I have had corrective surgery by a DIFFERENT surgeon. Results are night and day. I just regret all the extra pain and suffering I have endured to correct what Pastore didn’t do and also what he screwed up. A HUGE waste of many months recovery, and so much pain!! Don’t use this doctor.

Dr. Pastore did my bunion surgery on my left foot 2 years ago, and he did an excellent job! I was nervous but I honestly didn't have any issues or pain after the surgery. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and kind man! I saw him recently for a stress fracture in my right foot. He knew right away how to help and I am now on the road to feeling better! I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with any type of foot problem.

I am so impressed with Dr. Pastore. He knew right away what the problem was, and set about to treat me. He is friendly and efficient! Most efficient Dr. I have ever had. He answered my questions, but did not waste my time or his. I was in and out in record time! I have recommended Dr. Pastore, and will continue to do so.
