I saw her for over 10 years when she was in Arkansas. Loved her to pieces. She nailed my meds the first visit. I cried when she left. Amazing Doctor ?????

Abandoned me as a patient in Arkansas. I was scheduled to see her and when I called to verify my appointment I was told that she was just gone. She was my doctor for two years and I depended on her for my depression and anxiety medications. I was told by her nurse that my prescriptions would be called in... They never were. Luckily my significant other is an M.D and was able to help me in an emergency capacity till I found another Doctor. I will never forgive Dr. Ross for that. I received no notification as well. Shame on her for that. Should have sued... Could have sued.

I have seen Dr Ross twice and it was my first experience seeing a psychiatrist. She listened empathetically, offered care options, and explained the pros and cons of each. I feel fortunate to have found her and will continue my care with her.

Dr Ross prescribed Klonopin for me, she never explained the dependence that occurs with this class of drugs. Her only comment was that I might have to stay on it for the rest of my life. I was involved in a terrible car accident and had developed an infection post surgery. As a result I start to experience panick attacks. I was terribly sick and frightened. Years later I am left trying to tapper off Klonopin and am horrified at how horrific this is. She knew she was prescribing me poison.

My first appointment with Dr. Ross was my last. I did not like her attitude one bit. She was downright arrogant and didn't listen very well. Where does she get off? And I'm sure it wasn't me. I'm educated and experienced enough to effectively navigate a doctors appointment and there was nothing I could do or say to get her to really listen. She seemed annoyed and uninterested and I didn't feel safe with her. I could never trust someone like this. And she's a mental health worker? Scary.
