Dr. Robyn Leitner, MD

I saw Dr Leitner today for a mass on my kidney. The office staff was very pleasant and already entered my info into the system and accessed my scans so Dr Leitner could hit the ground running. While the visit was short, she took the time to answer all of our questions and gave me a positive outlook for what needs to be done for next steps. I'm not looking forward to the road ahead, but at least I have a team that I'm confident will guild me thru successfully.

On the day of my husband's procedure, he was told he wasn't on the schedule, but they'd 'squeeze' him in. He had all of the pre-admission testing done for this procedure. He had the procedure and 5 days later developed a serious infection leading him into the Emergency Dept. He was put through a battery of tests and sent home with antibiotics. This was on a Friday, I waited until Monday morning to call Dr. Leitner, left a message and never rec'd a callback. The next day I tried to call ALL DAY and the line was BUSY! the 3rd day, I finally spoke to a receptionist who promised me a call back. I still haven't received one. This doctor clearly isnt in good communication with her patients. My husband really liked her but now he'll have to find a new Urologist.

Poor care wont return calls just the worst experience ever with this entire practice. Every time we are there we see patients leaving agrier than us so it is hardly only our experienceIf you have another option run to it

Nobody answers a phone there. You have to leave a message and no one gets back to you until the end of the day if at all. Staff is rude and doctor is always in a rush talking to you as she rushes out the door.

After doing all the pre-testing for a procedure Dr Leitner didn’t show up. Surgical center said I wasn’t on the schedule. And that she took off. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else!

I waited for this appointment over two months. 11:30 AM appointment on a Wednesday. When I got there ( 30 minutes early) I was told there are seven people before me and I would not be able to be seen until about 2 PM. Clearly a selfish, greedy, mismanagement problem with this practice. No place to sit with 20 patients sitting and 4 patients standing. I left and did not want to be part of this rude practice.

The office staff is horrible. When I called the woman who answered the phone was very rude and acted like I was bothering her. She left me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up, she never called me back. I think I’ll be looking for a new doctor.

Stay away! She refused to treat me and I had to leave the surgery center minutes before my procedure. Nurse told me I had to reschedule because of Covid even tho my Covid test was negative and I followed all of the procedures! I literally was in the surgical gown and had to get up, get dressed and leave. She didn’t even have the decency to come out and explain! I am home now and never got the stones taken care of! Stay far away from her!!! Doesn’t deserve any stars!

Dr. Leitner helped me with a bladder pain issue I suffered with for several yrs. and was incorrectly diagnosed by another gyno-urologist. She has been amazing in my office visits & diagnostic procedures. She is very empathetic & helps me manage my pain issues with common sense remedies. I have been dealing with interstitial cystitis and feeling much better under Dr. Leitner's care.

Would never recommend her or the office. I left several messages before surgery for her and she never returned my call. On the day of surgery, I still did not have certain questions answered so left a message to please contact me. Never did. At the surgical center, I said before the anesthesiologist comes and gets me for surgery, please I need to ask her something.Never came. I should have walked out. But I was in pain, so I got the surgery. She did not take out all stones as she promised.AWFUL!

Amazing doctor! Always positive attitude and thorough. You can tell alot about a doctor by how the staff react to him or her. In every case, office, hospital, or outpatient the staff truly respects and likes Dr. Leitner. This reflects greatly upon a patient's comfort and view of their doctor. She is one of a kind!

Not very happy at all. Insisted that because I had blood in my urine it was considered cancer until proven otherwise. Wanted to cystoscope me under anesthesia, following best practices, Even after telling her about evidence for the real cause, which was successfully addressed by my endocrinologist. No surgery or medication needed. On the positive side, when I was having problems with dizziness, she D/Ced one of the meds I had been taking. No adverse effects noted

I loved Dr. Leitner. She took her time talking with me. She explained test results & spoke in a soft kind manner. Her office staff not so efficient. Didn't have my appt down. Luckily I had my card from last visit. Another patient was there, but someone had made her appt in a different office.

She is very professional caring and seems to be in tune to my problem. She took what I was telling her further then a simple prostate problem and found I had renal carcinema
