Good visit
Dr. Joly is very knowledgeable and is good at explaining things. My only complaint is that I was left waiting for over half an hour in one of the private rooms.

Doesn't care at all for her patients
awful & terrible experience. She is desinterested, she seems bored and tired. Every question I had was dismissed by her. She looks at her watch constantly. Really, she doesn't worth one minute of my time. I don't understand why Weill Cornell keeps her.

Awful experience! Would NOT recommend.
Would NOT see this provider again. The other reviews say it all ? Dr. Joly is disengaged, disinterested, dismissive. She was rushed during my appointment and made no effort to hear about my health concerns. If you?re looking for a provider who 1) shows genuine care for you as a patient and human being and 2) is thorough and takes her time to discuss any concerns or questions you have about your health, then do NOT see Dr. Joly.

Awful - DO NOT go to this doctor.
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. She was insensitive, dismissive, and rude during my appointment and showed no care for my nerves or needs during an internal exam. Worst doctor I have ever been to. DO NOT pick this doctor.

Find another doctor
very bad experience. This dr could not diagnose my problem, after 2 procedures, but wanted to do a hysterectomy “just in case”. Do not recommend at all. Billing staff was rude and incompetent, unable to process my insurance correctly, and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Really hostile and unhelpful staff. Bad dr.

Poor handling of patient calls.
The iinability to reach anyone in that office is unexceptable. I have tried for over a week to get my prescription filled and cannot reach a nurse or the doctor. Unacceptable patient treatment.

If there was a zero I would have given that
Dr. Joly is completely disengaged, disinterested and her exam is perfunctory. She treated me as though I were a slab of meat. I am a physician and I have never had such an abysmal experience. If I had any abnormality in my breast or abdomen I highly doubt it would have been noticed as both her speed and perfunctory exam is unlikely to be thorough enough to discover anything.

Excellent experience
I hate going to the gyno, but Dr Joly made me feel so comfortable during my exam and Pap smear. She was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions. She has a really nice bedside manner.

Excellent experience!
Dr. Joly was thorough, pleasant and I felt very confident with her abilities. My questions were all answered with both an understanding and thoughtful nature and expertise of my condition. Worst GYN appointment experience ever
First appointment, felt rushed. Didn’t think the doctor cared about me, not even sure I had a proper pelvic exam. What’s the point of filling out the very detailed questionnaire sent prior to the appointment if it’s never looked at.
