Dr. Rochelle Pondt is a rare gem in today’s medical system. She truly cares about her patients, showing compassion for all of their concerns and dedicating herself to addressing every issue thoroughly. Dr. Pondt takes the time to personally call and follow up, making sure her patients feel supported beyond the clinic visit. Under her care, I’ve always felt like a person, not just an insurance file. She manages her time efficiently, yet I’ve never once felt rushed or like just another name on a chart.Walking into her office, no matter how unwell I feel, I’m immediately reassured that she’s fully invested in finding the right solution and providing genuine help. Dr. Pondt is the best PCP I’ve had. She actually cares about her patients! She wants us to get better; to get healthier. She always takes her time during sessions and never makes me feel rushed. She listens to my concerns, and she asks lots of questions to make sure she understands everything that could be contributing to your issues! 10/10 recommended!

My appointment was at 9am. They took me right away. After, her assistant took my weight and blood pressure. Dr. Pondt came in and her bedside mannerisms is just perfect. She took the time listen. Then, she proceeded with a plan for me.

The front staff was professional and attentive. I've had experiences where it is sometimes hard to get someone on the phone and there is always someone to answer. Dr. Pondt was very professional and personable. Great information and concern was given rather than just feeling like another number. I feel good about my experience and look forward to continuing ongoing care with her.
