Poor office management
I liked Dr. Benjamin very much.The problem is I ran out of a inhaler and called the office 8 times and left numerous messages and no one called back even after I said in recording that I was out of the RX for my inhaler.No one “ever” answers the phones!!!!!!

I have heard great things about this doctor... However the office staff is extremely rude and stated that I had to have a telemedicine appointment and then they will schedule my appointment in person.... sounded like a scam attempt. I asked for an in person appointment so that the doctor will be able to fully assess my lungs... wasn't an option until after the first telemedicine appointment. Sounds fishy.

He let my dad die by missing his diagnosis. Told dad he was self indulgent but dad was dying from metastatic cancer that was later diagnosed when it was too late. Protect your family and keep them away from this provider. There are lots of other options that give a damn!

I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin for years. His commitment to resolving my health issues has been relentless. His knowledge and determination have kept my lungs functioning without further decline. Dr. Benjamin's compassion, encyclopedic medical knowledge, and his concentration on the mind/body-wellness of his patients make him an exceptional physician who provides the best care to all seeking treatment. Additionally, there is rarely a wait-time.....a patients time is valued here!

Arrogant. Failed to diagnose large primary lung cancer. Ignored recommendations of radiologists and concern of patient.
