He is a Workman's Comp Doctor. If I had a choice, I would not see him. He spends no time with his patients. Prescribes meds that interact with other things my husband is taking. He doesn't know the side affects of the medicine he does prescribe. Sort of a pill mill doctor. Gives you a prescription and out the door you go. My husband is now suffering withdrawls. Called the office and was told it will only take a couple days. It has now been five days with no relief in sight. Doesn't seem to care. Only wants the money.

Long-time patient. The office is not a traditional pain practice. They use alternative means. But the office staff rock as much as the doctors. Very caring team and the most efficient doctor’s office I’ve ever encountered.

Dr Chou, Autum and the office staff are top rated. Dr Chou is the very best doctor I have ever been treated by for anything. I have never had to wait for my appointment, several times, I have been seen and done with my appointment before my appointment time. He and Autum truly care about the patients. I would recommend Dr Chou above any other doctor I have ever seen.

What good is pain Dr who neither investigates/treats patient with VERIFIABLE disabling illnesses? Dr closed office and I was referred to chou. I spent 18mo in a nursing home with MRSA and serratia in my leg with open wounds. Chou &autumn told me to use marijuana for pain cause he doesn't believe in pain meds. Then told me to GET OVER pain. I had pain and numbness. New dr found fractured my tailbone from fall was reason for pain. All he had to do was investigate. I wouldn't send a cat to him.

Dr Chou and Autumn Nurse practitioner are absolutely amazing. Both are very pro patient. I would not be where I am today if it was not for their sincere care. They work well together in gaining insight in your plan of care regardless of your injury. Kathy, a medical assistant, is very meticulous about getting answers for you. Other office help depends. Some are what I consider exemplary and some unfortunately, are unpleasant and not as easy to feel comfortable asking questions or remedying issue
