Dr. Smith is a kind and well knowledgeable doctor. He explain what was going on and the treatment that would follow. I barely was able to walk but with his help I was able to go and enjoy trail walks with my family

Office staff great! Nurses are great!! Drs don’t listen to their patients. You’ll really need to advocate for yourself if you go here. I ended up finding a better doctor elsewhere. The doctors here have to conform to the group requirements and have their hands tied by the corporation.

Dr Smith was very kind and caring with our sweet 86yo dad. He went above and beyond to listen to him and make him feel comfortable and cared for. The only thing wrong was that our dad wanted Dr Smith to be his PCP because he liked him so much.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't waste your time here. This is the most INEPT office I have ever dealt with. They don't understand the business they are in of helping people who are in pain. It seems like they think they run an Orthodontist office and have all the time in the world. They lie to your face to get you out the door. I had to fight with the office for 2-3 days to get them to send clinical notes to the hospital for an MRI. I was promised that they would send a prior authorization for an epidural to my insurance 5 days ago, but the insurance says they have not received anything. They are so dishonest and rude. Dr. Smith told me that the reason I am having back pain is because I am fat, not because I have two bulging disks that are pinching off a nerve as the MRI shows. In the meantime I haven't been able to work much in almost 3 weeks. But they don't care. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Go somewhere else.

Went in with so much pain from a herniated disc. He was very professional and attentive. Got straight to the point of a treatment plan. Went in the next day for the epidural and so glad I went to him. Very courteous and I felt comfortable with everything. Thanks so much for seeing me in such a short time. Would reccomend him to anyone needing help with spine pain.

I have been misdiagnosed for over 2 years. They blame everything on my autoimmune deseases and fibro; when I have serious injuries. I got a better diagnosis from Dr. Smith in one visit and hopefully they can help with this severe pain and no sleep i have been dealing with

Dr. Smith took his time showing me my MRI’s & explaining exactly what was wrong. He did a physical exam to see where my pain was. I asked a ton of questions which he answered. He was honest with great bedside manners. I’d recommend him to anyone!
