I was placed on hold for 25 minutes only to have the receptionist hang up on me. That is a ridiculous hold time for a doctor's office.

Doctor Herrera has the personal skills and wonderful bedside manners that would make any visit a pleasant experience; even though you might be there for treatment. He takes time explaining everything to the patient in layman's terms. He medical knowledge is without reproach. Highly recommend him.
