Dr. Rodolfo Reyes, MD

Arrogant and rude! He comes off as if he’s kidding with you but he’s not! He definitely doesn’t appreciate his patients!

I moved to North Carolina and visited Dr. Reyes after I was in a car accident. I requested physical therapy for pain in my neck and also transferred my prescriptions from my previous doctor. Dr. Reyes referred me to physical therapy for the wrong body part and sent me to a practice outside of my network. He also got all my prescriptions incorrect which were thus denied by the insurance. I called the office several times and got no response. I had to work with the pharmacy to 'suggest' the correct medication after the office did not answer their phone or return messages for 2 weeks. The electronic 'request' sent by the pharmacy was electronically approved and I was able to get my medications but never received a response from the doctor or office. The physical therapy practice simply added my neck to my plan in order to get treatment for the right body part since they also got no response. What Dr. Reyes was writing down during my entire visit, I will never know.

when you first walk in you see out of order signs, dirty/nasty check in area, the rest of the place is not much cleaner. Head nurse is lazy, takes her forever to get Dr. approvals done, when I say forever, I mean like for months, She is very short with people. The PA's are great, very attentive to your needs, kind and gentle, very professional. Dr. Reyes is totally opposite. He has a high turn over on his PA's, because of the way he treats them.

I was appalled at the low level of knowledge and general air of dismissiveness/arrogance of this physician. He was unable to answer basic questions about my condition, yet chose to talk down to me.
