Came in and started preaching to me about why my abdominal pain in LUQ was not my spleen when I had splenomegaly on CT. He said that before CT's were ever done, patients had no idea that their spleen was ever enlarged. If he had read my history and looked at what the other hematologist had done with blood work and bone biopsy, he would have seen that I had pain before CT was ever done to confirm it. IDIOT!
