Dissatisfied with Doctor and NYU LANGONE
I Like Dr. Emert , but the offfice really needs help ,they take messages but don't tell Dr. Emert .This happens over & over again . When I tell Dr.Emert he disbelieves me makes me feel that I am making things up. Doesn't apologize ..at is time arrogant and totally unreachable and when you ask to speak to one of his assistants forget it ...run around. I am very said to leave this review but it't the truth and they don't do anything to improve their conditions.

I was Dr. Emert's patient for years, he would make you wait one hour or perhaps two every visit. Although Anne was great at trying to manage schedules, he would make you wait. Upon being seen, he was unapologetic and almost arrogant. He seldom paid attention to me as a patient, and was in his own world. I heard great things about him, but found him aloof, cold, distant and not very detailed as a doctor.

Dr. Emert was what I was hoping to find in a primary care physician. He is a great listener, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and has helped me both better understand my health issues and improve them.

Office is the worst and don't communicate... too big and too much hospital red tape. Dr. Emert doesn't care about health. Impossible to reach him. Often traveling and can never see you when you're super sick.
