After waiting 2 hours to see him after his associates i would guess quite he decided without seeing me or my records that I needed to have a burstdr stimulator placed in my back to control constant scrotum pain. Since I have a pacemaker all my other Drs strongly recommend against it and wonder why he would want to do this instead of staying with the treatment plan that has worked for the last 6 year's? I think I know why a larger paycheck he can make more money for a procedure with a 25% success

Generally I saw his assistant doctor which was great! Dr. Misasi was NEVER nice to me, and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. On the last visit he told me I needed an MRI of my neck, but wouldn't give me anything for my claustrophobia. I tried to do it, but failed. He was yelling at me in the waiting room and told me to 'buck up and get over it'. Then because I couldn't do it without something to calm my nerves, he kicked me out.

Dr Misasi cares about his patients. He is informative, friendly, and has gone above and beyond to provide the best care possible! I wish there were more like him around! It's hard to find a good Doctor who explains procedures and conditions to the extent he has, not to mention while making sure patient is comprehending! He spends an adequate amount of time for his visits yet still, I am never left to wait long prior to visit! Highly recommended!

To ease frustration with you and this doctor, do NOT see him you have Medicaid. He will talk to you about how he loses money seeing you through the visit. He will let you know that Medicaid patients only pay cents to the dollar. He talks at you, not to you. If you have had a condition for years diagnosed by neurologists, physiatrists, or pain managements in a large city he will verbally discredit all previous diagnoses and tell you your information is wrong.
