Very poor communication
Saw the doctor after an emergency visit to the hospital. Very poor communicator and jumped to invalid conclusions. Gave no real information on the findings of tests. Had to get that information from a nurse.

Horrible Bedside Manner
I was admitted for persistent bigeminy PVCs at ParkWest Medical Center. I’ve been a paramedic for 23 years. The first words out of his mouth were not introducing himself or asking how I was feeling but to remind me basically that I'm fat. Then as soon as as he realized I knew more than the average lay person he broke eye contact, crossed his arms, began pacing back and forth. Then proceeded to tell me that PVCs are harmless, and the fact I can feel it occurring is "all in my head". When I had him look at the monitor and could tell him every time it was firing, he said I'm a healthy young woman that just has something that's "annoying me". I’m all for telling it like it is but this doctor needs some serious remediation in bedside manner. Not to mention all of my the other doctors treating my condition do NOT agree with his assessment. I do NOT recommend this doc!

Tell it like it is !!
I had a lung cancer screening it had showed crystalization in my arteries. I had a stress test with Dr Reidel and also an echocardiogram and they showed a blockage. So we did a heart catheterization on 4/20/23. Dr Reidel was very professional. He didn't find any blockages when he got in there and was very up front with the lifestyle changes I needed to make to keep any blockages from being there in the future. He also spoke to my mother about these same things. He is very professional and not a coddling Dr at all. He tells it like it is. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone in my local area. If you're looking for a foo foo Dr who coddles he isn't the one for you. He tells you what you need to do the better yourself and that's it! You have to be the one to make the changes. Thank you Dr Reidel for the great job you did !! May God continue to bless you in all you do. (I've got some life style changes to get busy on achieving)
