Dr. Bhatnagar is the surgeon who performed my grandmother's cataract surgery. He is very friendly and thorough, always keeping a smile on his face. His professionalism is highlighted by his restraint from smartphones during work. Keeping a old class dumb phone, he is completely focused on the patient he is working with. Thanks to his extraordinary patience, my grandmother's operations went flawlessly despite her inability to communicate or understand English.
