Amazing from start to finish. Polished professionals on every front.

Office staff was not welcoming and pulled the wrong patiences file 3 times. Which led to a lot of confusion.The doctor promised a returned, telephone call after his evaluation and when he did not call after 10 days . I called him and his office assistant announced in the most certain term. “Are you kidding”. The dentist doesn’t call patientsConsidering the quote was between $65,000 and $100,000I Expected, clarity, and transparency,

Bad doctor. never have I ever experience worst bedside manner from a doctor. I expressed some anxiety about the operation, and he was completely rude about it, and told me he would not perform if I had anxiety like this. He proceeded to yell at me for shaking my head and left the room. nurses were nice and I feel bad they have to work with a doctor like that. I recommend going somewhere else if you care about the service from your doctor.

I had a broken molar that needed to be extracted. Dr. Hernandez’s staff made the appointment and quickly got me in. The doctor saw me on time reviewed my options with me and performed the extraction with a minimum of discomfort. Start to finish friendly efficient and professional. Thank you

As of December 2021, the employees do not wear a mask unless an active exam is being performed. According to the hygienist, there is no mitigative testing or anything happening. As an individual who is concerned about COVID for the holidays and seeing family, I asked if they would wear a mask and they said no, and that if I was uncomfortable I could leave. I know Dr Hernandez has a great reputation, but I would avoid during COVID and omicron as there are NO apparent precautions in the office.

I would like to thank Dr. Hernandez,his Assistant for doing such an amazing job on my husband surgery, What an amazing staff could not have ask for a great group of people to help my husband , I thank God for them ......all I can say is WOW....A+ service and care ,they are so caring and very professional. If you need oral/facial surgery please see them excellent job.....DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.......

I would highly recommend Dr. Hernandez. He makes the patient very comfortable, extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. Everyone in his office are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. If I need an oral surgeon again, I'll return to Dr. Hernandez.

Had a late night emergency room visit with my son and was advised to follow up next day with a doctor. I called Dr. Hernandez and the office staff was friendly & professional and quickly worked my son onto the schedule. Dr. Hernandez was excellent, we liked him so much we scheduled a wisdom tooth procedure for next month. I was very impressed from start to finish with Dr. Hernandez and his entire staff.

This review is to the person who is afraid of going to a dentist or needles. Dr hernandez came highly recommended to me by my dentist. I immediately felt at ease in my initial visit and and his stafff. My fears went away on that day and on my procedure. i am truly a baby when it comes to needles, Dr hernandez listened to my concerns and fears and assured me not to worry. I amhappy to say i will be back for more work next year. Do not hesitate about this doctor he is superior to other doctors.

My daughter needed four impacted wisdom teeth to come out and I was looking for the best oral surgeon to extract in OR settting due to a reaction to anesthesia she had when she was seven years old. Dr. Hernandez listened to my concerns and took care of everything to provide a safe environment for this procedure. Dr. Hernandez is very professional and has great compassion. His office staff phenomenal , Yordy arranged everything and also very professional , recommend highly!

Dr. Hernandez and his staff are exceptional. They were patient, kind, and explained each step of my daughter's oral surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly and her recovery time was faster than expected. I would highly recommend this Doctor for any oral surgery needs.

I don't think I've ever been to any medical practice, dental or otherwise, where every single person is as pleasant as Dr Hernandez's staff. From the first time I called with insurance questions, they were very attentive and helped guide us the entire way. My son had all his wisdom teeth impacted. Dr Hernandez was very patient in explaining everything prior to the surgery. We never felt rushed even though it's obvious this is all routine to them. Highly recommend.
