Dr. Vincente gives extraordinary care. And her nurse was pleasant and professional. I gave the staff friendliness one star less because the receptionist at Tower Wound Care is abrupt and doesn't smile...in contract to both Dr. Vicente and her nurse who made me feel a part of the family. They were always so glad to see me! And Dr. Vincente took great care with my wounds to make sure they did not get infected or heal with undue puckets.
