This Dr. is Missing in Action for about 2 years or so now. One day he closed his practice for good and said Nothing to his patients! Left A Lot of Children stranded with No Dr. and No Medical Records!!

It seems that Dr Morales is turning over patient records to parents once a week. He seems to be going once a week to the office. I found out through his facebook page. He was there on Wed, Nov 1st after 2 pm. Addtionally, there is a pediatrician on the 3rd floor that served as backup to Dr. Morales when he was on vacation. I believe his name is Dr. Alejandro Martinez. They are helping Dr. Morales get the records to parents. Hope this helps!

Dr morales was taken care of my kids for over 9 years. I heard the office has been closed. I will appreciate any information to obtain copy of the records.

We had a bad experience with Dr. Morales, his practice closed and he never communicated it with the patients. All records are up in the air and he is no where to be found, he never updated my sons immunization records through Florida department of Health.

I have twins they are now 12. He was recommended by my former pedestrian because she was taken was no longer in my insurance. He has taken care of them since they were about a year old. He has been a blessing to my children and us. His diagnosis have been always right and because of him my children are extremely heathy because he has caught things on time which have aborted any damages to their health. I'm greatful and my children. Alexander and Anjolie are heathy because of him.Staff Great!

My three daughters have been patients of Dr. Morales since they were babies. My daughters like him and they enjoyed going to his practice. He made them feel comfortable with them.
